Install DiscountLab
Prepare your Shopify store and open DiscountLab for the first time
Before the App Store launch
DiscountLab is not publicly listed yet. This guide describes the installation flow that will be available after the Shopify App Store listing is approved.
Before you install
Use a Shopify account that is allowed to install apps. Confirm the store name and domain before approving access, especially if you manage several development or production stores.
Installation steps
Open the DiscountLab listing
Use the official Shopify App Store link from mounli.com. Avoid installation links received from unrelated domains.
Review the requested access
Shopify shows the permissions required by the app. Review them in the context of the discount features you intend to use.
Approve the installation
Complete installation in Shopify Admin. Shopify then opens DiscountLab inside the selected store.
Confirm the welcome screen
Verify that DiscountLab loads without an authorization error and that you can access the discount templates or create a workflow.
If the app does not open
- Confirm you installed it on the intended store.
- Confirm your Shopify account has the required app permissions.
- Reload Shopify Admin and reopen the app from Apps.
- Record the store domain, time, and visible error before contacting support.
